All my life, I have been drawn to assist the relief of human suffering. This led me first into the world of medicine where I practised anesthetics for over ten years. My interest in psychotherapy arose from a desire to work more holistically and developed from a time in my life when I was engaged in human and spiritual development.
I qualified in Core Process Psychotherapy at the Karuna Institute and have a Masters degree (MA) from Middlesex University. I have been approved for accreditation by Karuna Institue which is recognized by UKCP. I have been working with clients since 2009.
In the therapy, I use guided meditation, breathwork, relaxation techniques, and self expression through colour and movement where this is conducive to the process. I can also offer light energy work to clients who are interested.
Presently I am offering one to one sessions in Core Process Psychotherapy and facilitating workshops.
